No way - all of their job adverts require either a willingness to live and work in or near Nottingham, or else being wiling to transfer if you work in the stores?

You could write their army books!

One day a week would probably do it.

Love the demigryph!  Looking forward to the whole unit.  Any chance you picked up the griffon kit?  Really nice...

Also, props for making the GW page!
Unfortunately he already has Karl Franz (first page).

Then you could inflict pain on the fans of the other armies looking forward to an 8th edition rulebook  :smile2:

Remember the job advert for games developer?

They wanted a maths or science graduate, and were going to pay 15 grand.

No wonder the army books suck.

WHAT?! £15,000 per annum for a games developer?! No wonder the whole company is going down the crapper - that's not even the average industrial wage. That's only £1250 a month, not even £320 per week!!

I'd do it, and I'm a 2nd year maths student. I'd only do it for awhile though, and wouldn't be there in 10 years.

Congrats on the Flickr showcase!

I just gotta say though, that about a decade ago, I left the restaurant business for my "dream job" with Games Workshop for about a year and a half. After I was "downsized", I went back to waiting tables/bartending and made more in one night than I'd make a week at GW. Needless to say, I've kept my hobbies separate from my income since.
(except giving my income back to GW that is...)

If theyre happy with a design graduate I'd go for that. We're still talking about working 1 day a week aren't we?

Congrats on the feature mr chumley. Now get back to your painting closet and don't come out until you have another masterpiece to show us!  :icon_evil:

Ummm, it's fine if you are in your twenties with little commitments and can scratch a living, but I have a wife who likes shoes!

So I bought the Luminark Kit and assembled the wagon.

The detail is amazing, the model glides together , it's genius.

The horses are excellent also, I'm thinking I could do with 20 of them.

The only issue is that I can see it taking me 20 hours to paint, even using my hair dryer speed paint cheating.

So I pitty people who are slower , it could take people days to finish, and will leave a lot of people abandoning the project, especially younger ones, school age etc...

Especially considering it's only actually 120 pts.

===

Anyway , hats off it's a superb model.
