Looking good! Those old sculpts really have some character and I like the colours you choose, will look good with them all done

Deep respect and joy on seeing your collection there....and painting skills.

Still gives me the same feeling as when I first saw them in the 80´s.....like a little kid who discovered a new world.

Is why I still like mini´s.

So I bought this new prince , turns out it's the 3rd sculpt on the same variant!

Uncatalogued by GW.

So now we have 1987 barbarian princes , 1 holding helmet long hair, 1 holding helmet and bald, and 1 with no held helmet, but crown on and long hair

Any1 knew about this?

Are there other hidden secrets in this Barbarian range?!

There are always going to be undocumented sculpts with their many variations, it was too easy to slightly modify a single mold to get other mini`s

Probably releases from the late eighties' "Collector's series", which saw common sculpts released with a slight variation, most typically a different head sculpt. To my knowledge there doesn't exist a definitive guide to these figures.

I just got this guy in the post, he is a head variant, of the standard Barbarian sculpt shown in my compendium....

Are you sending pictures of these things to the CCM / Solegends people as you get them? There are so many models you have which aren't documented elsewhere.

That's quite an undertaking.

What does "every model ever made entail". Give us a list of the stuff you don't have. You need a thread with just your painted pieces all in a row rather than like spread out through like this thread. Are you planning that?

I can't believe they used to make models out of lead!!!

They used to make pipes out of lead, walls out of asbestos and morning-sickness drugs out of thalidomide - there is a long-standing pattern of using highly toxic substances freely before people realized they were so very bad for you.

lol your currently living in the fossil fuel age, breathing fumes every time you walk down the road,

also - aspartame in sweeteners, fluoride in water ,

society today is far more toxic than ever b4 , the proliferation of chemicals in clothing, food, plastics etc etc, with undocumented health risks long term,

note that cancer is now prevalent massively in humans
