Many days later, I have finished this long plog. Excellent work and will be coming back for more as I start my journey of finally doing my Empire/Kislev army thanks to the inspiration provided by this plog.

Also, belated Grats on the Battle Lord!

I've always liked this blog because it literally consists of everything.

First you see a bunch of weird, disproportionate models and then every once in while there's a jewel which makes you think: "Oh, they've really nailed that one..."

Looking forward to seeing this finished Chumley.   :icon_biggrin:

No.

That would be the .454 Casull, or the .500 Linebaugh currently.
The desert Eagle "only" fires .50 cal ammo, which in itself is lighter than forementioned. Add to that the fact that part of the bullet energy is used to reload (pistol vs revolver), and surely you'll understand that the Desert Eagle is not what you claim.

Also, I've fired both Desert Eagle and Casull and can confirm the theories above. You don't have to wear gloves to fire the DE...
Have one  on Midaski's tab.  :::cheers:::

Interesting.  It looks noticeably darker than your other work.  Did not expect that.

Chummers, what washes do you use for doing flesh?

Sometimes multiple, sometimes single brown sepia style wash

sometimes I go nuts and throw blue wash in

Isn't that close to Skraeling - what the Norse called the indigenous population. Then there would have been interbreeding ...........

There was a Skraeling band for Saga which came out in 2012 from Gripping Beast I think.
