Do you mean against a Lizardmen Army or for a Lizardmen Army?
It is not enough to have no ideas of your own; you must also be incapable of expressing them.

Well, we are an Empire site, so maybe not best placed for that. You might have more luck with https://www.lustria-online.com/ However, I found this:

Quote
6th Edition Lizardmen Tactics by Andrew Isbell

The Slann
This guy is dangerous. Lore of fire him and give him a glyph neclace and he
is the most offensive thing in the game. If he gets the best spell in the
lore, the flaming sword, then he is unstoppible, a lord will have 8 str 5
toughness will always hit on a 2+, 8 wounds, 7 attacks, and a 2+ ward save!
Just watch out for giants, they have that thing that causes 2D6 wounds if you
dont pass an In. Test, otherwise, use your slann to kill their biggest
strongest thing (usually their genneral) while throwing some firey blasts
along the way.

Infantry
In my 2000 pt. army I have 1 regement of 20 Sauruses and 20 Temple gaurds. In
my Saurus regement I have a Saurus hero with Bitametal and sheild so he has a
1+ armor save that can be re-rolled. Use your Infantry to take on theirs
because usually your guys are better (2 attacks 4 str 4 toughness)

Skinks!
The only use for these guys are to sit in rivers and wait for people to cross
bridges. Doing this they can't be charged, and are hard to hit (skrimished
and in soft cover.)
They also are good at luring out evil evil fanatics.

Stegadons
If i'm playing anyone other than dwarves or empire, i use this guy
defensifly. It sounds stupud but it works. Keep him in the back but within
giant bow range and shoot at their infantry to weakin them up before the
saurus arive, after they do, just shoot anything elese. If it looks like your
sauruses need help, send in the stegadon to bash on them.

Salamanders
I don't play them. If they were something like 30pts. I might play 1.

Cold Ones
Flank, Flank, Flank. Or use them to get war machines.

Terradons
I don't play these either, I have better things to do with my pts. But in 5th
ed. I gave a skink hero the magic sword that gave you str. ten and flew high
to kill their war machine.

Kroxigors
The way I see it, you should never put these guys in regiments of skinks.
They'll be too busy pounding war machines (str 7)

That about wraps it up. Remember, Slann agenst general, saurus agaenst
infantry, skink in rivers and houses, Kroxigor agenst war machine, cold ones
to flanks.
Hope this helped.
