How good is the Bretonnia Core Box Set :icon_question:

The set contains the following figures ...

A.  1 x Lord of Bretonnia on Royal Pegasus
B.  3 x Bretonnian Pegasus Knights
C.  12 x Bretonnian Knights of the Realm
D.  24 x Bretonnian Peasant Bowmen, including 2x Defence Stake bases
E.  36 x Bretonnian Men-at-Arms

Well, if you have no Bretonnian/Medieval figures at all and you do not live in the UK - meaning the basic rulebook is basically un-findable at anything resembling a reasonable price - the set is an ok value as a starter box.
As an army, it's fluffy enough - read: it contains a decent amount of regular troops, making it look like a real army might - but how competitive it is against Power Gamers and Rules Lawyers who will hero, elite and Linehammer the crap out of you in even just a friendly game....well....
