I'm seriously thinking of making a purchase from this company, but a few things are holding me back. Mainly the fact that I have e-mailed them twice, first time about 2 weeks ago, and I'm yet to recieve a reply.
Is this usual? Are they very slow in customer relations or just unreliable? Have you had any dealings with them? Good/bad experiences?
Please do share and help me make up my mind
Are they just slow or are they a good company. And yes... I'm aware of the 9 hour time difference and know most West Coasters are probably sleeping right now
