Top tier! Even just sighting this unit on the field should make the opponent lay down his arms and give up 😺

Not sure if I mentioned it before, but I like the steel barrels on your war machines.

Yay, someone else also came up with the idea to add knight box plumes to the heads of the demigryphs!  :-D
The only good thing about 7th ed heads is that they look particularly inbred and superstitious which is perfect for Stirlanders

Hey guys, thanks a lot for you feedbacks!

It's been a while since I painted hochlanders. With my new job, I don't have much time than before.

I just repainted a old captain on pegasus. Not a perfect paint job, but it will fit better with the rest of my army.

Before :

After :

So since few month i didn't paint a lot, but i played a lot  :-P Fews pic from my gaming club.

And a little bonus from my O&G army  :biggriin: :

I love the pegasus guys, though everything looks outstanding. I feel the pegasus is under represented in wfb, you can blame demigryphs for that.

Beautiful!!!

I still love the black with gold trim armour, and I love the little touches like extra horse plumes, head swaps, big new knight helm plumes, horse tail swaps, stripey lances, gold rim shields and demigryph banner. So nice.

Beautiful unit of knights!  :::cheers:::

Some really nice plumes & feathers - they really give this unit a distinct, posh flavour.

And concgrats for the victory!  :happy:

I've been thinking for a while I should comment, but I haven't really known what to say. Your painting style is unique and interesting to say the least. Use of flat colours with sharp-edged highlights, such as having a lone stripe of a ligher colour either running along an edge, or on a raised section. What to call it? Post-impressionistic? Somehow it looks disturbing in some places to me up close, which is weird considering how sharply contrasting highlighting I've used myself, though only with black wash as the darker colour followed by re-highlighting with the base colour, that might affect things. I bet they'd look great though at typical viewing distance on the field of battle.
The only good thing about 7th ed heads is that they look particularly inbred and superstitious which is perfect for Stirlanders
