Forum Errors Fixed
« on: September 22, 2008, 02:17:06 AM »
As many of you are probably aware, over the last few days the forms have been having database errors making it impossible to post. They have now been rectified and the forms should be functioning as normal again. I will be keeping a close eye on the situation in case it happens again.

Calvin, good to know you are back, hope your health and family or whatever else happened is ok.

I've missed being able to post, and reply to pms, good to have the ability to socialize here again with this community.

Thank god for Calvin.  I was suffering serious communication issues.  I was talking at actual humans and even forced my cat to learn braille.

The Forum works fine,

but I can't access neither war room nor library, regardless of browser (IE, FFox, Safari) or Machine used (WinXP at work, Linux at home).

Are these posts down? Any security-related issues?

btw, where do I post technical stuff such as this?

This thread originates with the September problems.

Anything currently happening or not  :icon_wink: happening has to do with the switch to new hosts which took place last Thursday / Friday [6th / 7th].

Calvin did the switch and then went away for a few days - with other commitments he is unlikely to be able to sort much out until the end of this current week, so another 4/5 days.

Just live with what we have guys for a few days and then all will be restored.

Some updates today I think too, right? But to be honest- I preferred the new "Hello <name>, you have x messages" thingy (the one with your avvy), over the old one.
