At WHFB Rulebook, page 267, stands rule for "Multiple targets and charge"?

What is your general expirience with this rule? Are you playing with it?

It looks very similar to "Accidental Charges" rule which was abandoned officialy.

it isn't the same as pg 262 in the least.  

and yes, it is used, and should be.
