A bit of fun. Last year for October fest, a long time friend of my wife (he actually plays the diggery do !!??) decided he was going to do a video. His ‘helga’ couldn’t make it so he asked my wife to substitute. Fun video.

Pink Floyd - I have been a fan for decades, but have gotten back into them pretty hard. I hear their music differently than I did when I was younger, where I find some of the songs I wasn't crazy about back then I think are amazing now.

Have been lucky to see them live, once without Waters, then later saw Waters do the entire Wall album.

I had been recently listening to Live at Pompeii recently when this popped up. Different, but love it.

Ha! Good find. :::cheers:::

Hard to believe he is already 75.

Somehow I was listening to some music recently via the same channel, and blundered into a current U2 interview, and started listening to their music all over again.  The old stuff is classic, and newer stuff works too.

Not sure why I'm writing that, I'll blame it on too much covid 19 influencing the world at the moment. :icon_lol:

Gary Numan, Savage (Songs from a Broken World) Currently my favourite album. All the songs are part of a story in a post apocalyptic world. And they're cool as hell!

Gary Numan

"Prayer for the Unborn" came up in my feed recently. Raw, powerful, emotional stuff. He's an underestimated artist.

Listening now. Excellent. Hadn't previously heard this one! I am assuming it predates the Savage album, as it feels like it is a move away from his 80's style which has almost reached the Savage style. Like I said, excellent.

Today I learned that LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem" has the same beats per minute as Billy Joel's "Uptown Girl."
