Ok so whoevver suggested using actal buttons for shields is a genius.

Here is my unit of 40 Imperial Guard (Full Plate Armour, Sword , Shield. 9th Age rules)

First rank upgraded to using buttons off e bay !!

It's the Empire's finest 9th Age unit..

3+ Save , Parry, WS4 , St 4.

Buff em with Hatred , and -1 to hit...

Give em a nice magic banner and keep ya BSB sat behind them to give orders for extra rank fighting,

so you get 40 attacks, St4, WS 4, Hatred,

for the past 2 years, I have sat in my cage, watching the owners put me in small, translucent spheres, and dump small, rock like food, into my cage. But no longer!, I have broken free of the shackles of being a hamster and now!, I paint, as a hamster can not do much more, mostly our small life span

Very cool. The spell singer is great, and I may just have to steal that button idea.
I was a highwayman

With sword and pistol by my side
Many a young maid lost her baubles to my trade
Many a soldier shed his life's blood on my blade

Bogenhafen's Engineering Guild encourages the modification of Steam Tanks to cope with evolving threats in nearby territories. Expelling steam from additional vents, the Zwei Dampf Panzer is capable of engaging large hordes of enemy infantry at close quarters, turning on a six pence, using smaller wheels, unleashing jets of super heated steam.

Guys this was just for fun, i had the stank pieces sat in my drawer, and wanted to see what fun I could have!

So it's on e bay if anyone wants it. It took some time, but was fun !

As i always say painting and modelling is great relaxation in a world of stress.

nicely done, I like the exhausts you added nice touch. the double turret not so much, I tried it once and it looked too bulky, but I did use the idea with the plastic turret and put two guns in one side by side with separation between like in dual mount as opposed to being like a shotgun barrel.  but I think you did as good as could be expected with the old metal tank, they are a royal pain to mess with.  Paint job was as usual very good.  thanks for sharing.  steveb
