(( ShiftySneakers,
Okay, some thoughts:
1) The General of the Empire really isn't adding anything to your army, that can't be replicated better or cheaper. You might be better served by just getting a Captain on Horseback to ride with your knights, giving your knights access to the "Hold the Line!" ability, while providing the same volume of attacks, all while saving some points.
1-A) Depending on what sort of composition hit you're willing to take, upgrade the General of the Empire to a Grandmarshall is a solid. The Grandmarshall synergizes much better with knights.
2) I'm not impressed with the Channeling Staff. You already have 3 attempts a turn to try to Channel from your two wizards and one priest. I'd save some points, and drop it.
2-A) Given you already have a Celestial Hurricanum, thus access to Heavens, you might want to look at other lores for your Wizard Lord. I'm fond of Beasts, Shadow, and Fire myself.
3) Putting your BSB in with your knights is risky. I'm assuming that's what you're doing, as he's on horseback. Anyway, you lose him, and you lose a huge ability to make our meh Leadership considerably more reliable. I'd suggest having him on foot, and hanging out with the Halberdiers instead. If keep your infantry moving forward, the knights should be able to stay within 12" effect range of the BSB.
4) If you don't mind a hit to composition, you might want to consider upgrading your Knights to Inner Circle.
5) BS shooting of the Empire is... poor... at best. Archers are okay, as they can Skirmish and stay mobile, which keeps options open for them, such as exploiting a last-turn move to contest a table quarter or continuously move to provide harassment fire or seize an objective or acting as a wizard escort. Crossbows... not so much. You might be better served by just leaving the crossbows out, or swapping them for a second squad of archers.
6) For your Engineer, you might want to consider light armor, repeater pistol, and steed (especially a mechanical steed). While, for the most part, he'll stay near your Volley Gun, making it awesome... sometimes you can suicide charge him into units that are getting to close to your artillery. The Suicide Engineer on Mechanical Steed can be suprizingly disruptive to enemy fast-movers.
7) For your Warrior Priest, given the volume of attacks a Horde of Halberds can put out, he might be better served on foot, where his Prayers and Hate will affect more models.
Anyway, just some thoughts.
p.s. I like your name. My Thief-class in the Disgaea series is always named "Sneakers", since she's always busy running around. ))
