Wow! Stunning painting on those greatswords...
I tried to make similar goldswords myself, and it turned out that I have same shades of red and yellow on them as You -but Your's are much better painted. How do You paint unshaved faces?

Bravo!

ty very much  :))

for unshaved faces you use the basic paint for the skin (dwarf flesh or talaran flesh) and black, mixture 50-50. then add water. 1/3 mixture and 2/3 water. the, you go over the parts you want to look unshaved very very slowly (like a blending technique). for even more details you can add tiny black dots or just a little bit of highlight with astronomical grey cover. and that's it

Great work here! I especially like the demigryphs, they look splendid!

Not to mention Jason Statham, of course! (Spelling?)

I think your first Death Wizard would work better as a Liche Priest than as a Death Wizard. Good conversion, but doesn't strike me as a death wizard. He doesn't have the imagery and symbolism of that college. Those are hourglasses, roses, scythes, and I think you should include at least one of them on any conversion. The same with any of the colleges for that matter.

You could use some of the traditional imagery as freehand details if you were that fussed - I reckon he looks pretty Death Wizard-like to me though.

I think I prefer the second one all the same. The vulture is a really cool idea and the soul of some poor, recently 'etherealized' victim (read: brutally murdered with some foul sorcery turning them into a mere shade) is a really cool touch.

Whenever Jason Statham is in cc you should tell your opponent that he has 12 attacks S10 and a 2+ ward save.

Love those militia conversions; militia kit is such a great kit to work with for all kinds of things. You can make a whole army out of that boxed set.
