He's an undead captain right? Well he lost his arm in battle, so he replaced it with another one, unfortunatly for him, he took a right arm of one of his soldiers

I like the Chaos chariot and the war shrine.

Not a big fan of the right hand on the left arm, but heck, if he's undead, then that can easily explain it any number of ways.

I finally converted my tyrant back into a devourerfex

but I don´t like how he´s turned out

Ahh, Gretchin! You can never get enough of them!

I like the look of the Tervigon, but I think it's body seems a bit small? Mine use to spam out around 11 gaunts a turn, and that requires some flesh to hold!
