It´s one thing to save pictures from the internet on your own computor, but is it always legal to re-publish them on a site like this?

Posting the actual picture if you have no authorization to do so is not permitted. This is especially true for any images that may be deemed property of Games Workshop or derivative works thereof. Under the terms of this site, the poster takes full responsibility for their posts, so if someone asserts a violation of copyright, it's on your head. That said there is no problem with posting a link to another site here.

But as long as you don't post the actual picture here with an image link you should be good. Just make a hyperlink to it so they have to click to go. Should be good.
