More WIP

I woke up a few years ago and realised that life is a matrix like simulation. Everyone you ever meet ages and rots, your wife gets old, your kids leave... Only miniatures remain , lasting centuries.. millenia. What we paint now will echo in eternity!

I'm not keen on cartoon style stuff either,

That altar is magnificent. Marvelous stuff.

Yep , my perfect realisation of Warhammer would be a gritty , grim , 18 rated , serious wargame. I'm thinking as an example , lord of the rings the cartoon movie , which always depicted the orcs as quite gruesome and less cartoon like. I'm trying to think of a film example , it will come to me

I think you missed the joke intended in my comment re: disliking 'cartoon' style!

I won't post pics in your thread, and although there are pics somewhere on this forum (amongst the 3000+ other pics I have here) you can see what I mean in the following article on my website:  https://bigsmallworlds.com/2017/08/29/cartoon-zombies/

I can do non-cartoon too (https://bigsmallworlds.com/2017/12/03/zombie-cultists/) I just usually choose not to!

Game of Thrones, like the Battle of the Bastards. Grim & gritty doesn't even come close.

It's a long running 'special' of the forum (- like using plastic Bret Pegasus wings ) about people's ability to misspell ALTAR as alter and the Inquisition would burn them for it in days of yore
