Not really a fan. I really liked the original 2005 WP models. Those were the best yet.

The Forgeworld Warrior Priest looks like he's ready to lead some flagellants, since he's not wearing shoes.

And he costs $18? I just passed up a Perry ACW artillery piece for $17, and it came with artillery men plus 3 different barrels. Bah.

He also carries the skull of a raven, a superstitious amulet in the eyes of the Sigmarite Church. So, yes, more suitable for a Prophet of Doom than a Warrior Priest.

Perhaps a former Warrior Priest that has also succumbed to the madness that inflicts the Flagellants, and therefore used his art of oratory to whip up a band of Flagellants and is now their prophet, leading them to battle?

I was crazy enough to put in a couple bids on eBay, but when the auctions were cresting $50+, I backed out. I might spend up to $30, but more than half a hundo for a single model is pushing it in my book.

I was fortunate enough to pick one up on Ebay the previous week... For around $30 and a bit of shipping I think it could be worse.

However, the seller opted to send it 'signed for' and last friday I missed the mailman... I have to pick him up at a local post office tomorrow. Very curious about how he looks up close.
