Steak and cheddar cheese with onion ring bits and horseradish mayo on a bulky roll. Yummm!

Oh, and French fries, and unsweetened green tea served ice cold.

I had ranch flavored doritos, a snickers bar, pringles, and a Coca-Cola. Definitely not the most nutritious lunch.

Peanut butter and honey is better.

I'm actually loving thick cut raisin toast with organic (no salt) peanut butter at the moment.

The annual Oyster Run was today. This event evolved from a band of working class joes hopping on their motorcycles and riding up north to enjoy some Oyster Cocktails to close out the summer, The next year the group doubled, the year after that 200 riders, I think they clocked in nearly 20,000 riders this year.

After a busy morning coaching Hockey and dropping my son off at church, I rolled up to Anacortes with the thoughts of tasty oysters in my mind.

9 grilled oysters, 6 oyster shooters, a shared tray of chilled oyster cocktails and two pints of beer hit the spot.

I staggered around talking to strange biker dudes and partially dressed ladies until sober and raced back home through the lovely state of washington at 80mph average speeds. Okay Seattle Rain... you can now do your worst.
