Just for you guys an informative post with some numbers that you can use as a guideline for purchases if you want to follow the battalion scrolls from chambers down to unit battalion scrolls. Here is a break down.

1 Warrior Chamber consists of:
- 1 Lords of the Storm each consists of:
- - 1 Lord-Celestant or Lord-Celestant on Dracoth
- - 1 Lord-Relictor
- - 0-1 Units of Gryph-hounds
- - 2-5 Units in any combination of: Lord-Castellant, Knight-Heraldor, Knight-Vexillor, Knight-Azyros, Knight- Venator

- 3 Thunderhead Brotherhoods each consists of:
- - 3 units of Liberators (needing 9 for chamber)
- - 2 units of Judicators (needing 6 for chamber)

- 3 Hammerstrike Forces each consists of:
- - 2 units of Retributors (Paladins) (needing 6 for chamber)
- - 1 unit of Prosecutors (needing 3 for chamber)


1 Harbinger Chamber consists of:
- 1 Lords of the Storm each consists of:
- - 1 Lord-Celestant or Lord-Celestant on Dracoth
- - 1 Lord-Relictor
- - 0-1 Units of Gryph-hounds
- - 2-5 Units in any combination of: Lord-Castellant, Knight-Heraldor, Knight-Vexillor, Knight-Azyros, Knight- Venator

- 3 Vanguard Wings each consists of:
- - 3 Units of Prosecutors (needing 9 for chamber)
- - 1 Unit of Liberators (needing 3 for chamber)


1 Examplar Chamber consists of:
- 1 Lords of the Storm each consists of:
- - 1 Lord-Celestant or Lord-Celestant on Dracoth
- - 1 Lord-Relictor
- - 0-1 Units of Gryph-hounds
- - 2-5 Units in any combination of: Lord-Castellant, Knight-Heraldor, Knight-Vexillor, Knight-Azyros, Knight- Venator

- 3 Devastation Hosts each consists of:
- - 1 Unit of Retributors (Paladins) (3 needed for chamber)
- - 1 Unit of Protectors (Paladins) (3 needed for chamber)
- - 1 Unit of Decimators (Paladins) (3 needed for chamber)
- - 1 Unit of Prosecutors (3 needed for chamber)

To be able to play with all the chambers you need effectively:
The Lords of the Storm
9 units of Liberators
6 units of Judicators
9 units of Paladins (with magnetizing for weapon swaps)
or broken down:
- 6 units of Retributors (these fulfill the units spec on 3 instead of 5)
- 3 units of Protectors
- 3 units of Decimators
9 units of Prosecutors

Hi Steg, thanks for this i doubt I'll ever collect a full chamber. Lord of storm formation might help me this Sunday as I have lots of characters so if they can drop at once then I won't lose first turn. Not at home at mo but I have first and second book do you know if formation in one of those? Or does it not exist as a battle scroll?

Lords of the Storm is only in the Stormcast book (and in the app for a few $), but can give you the specifics this evening

Thanks appreciate that. Not a big fan of the app but mainly because I bought the actual books and app doesn't recognise that. Might give it another go and just buy the Stormcast battle pack as hoping that Empire (Free People) will be my main force so unlikely to get that book.
