When I first started 40K, I didn't imagine ever wanting to do any Tyranids.  With the new models and paint jobs like this, I'm inspired.  However, need to stay focused.

Have to comment on your first post here as I hadn't seen it before...
That simple use of the bells and drab colours on the wizard works really well, much better concept.

Yes,I also really like the wizard, but i used him in 7 battles so far and in each of them he died because of miscasts, always rolling a double 1 :D

Since I'm staying focused on Orks, I guess nothing would change. :icon_wink:

However, I do have plans for doing some marines, too. :::cheers:::

I was in Rome with my father(the sights were very impressive)

I´m back again with some new Tyranids

I think they´re quite OK for gaunts, they look decent on battlefield...

And I also bought 3 more tyranid warriors,12 more hormagaunts and 12 more termagaunts,so I´ll have to show you some minis every day :)

I'm liking the liberal use of blue and the job you did on the highlights. It contrasts well with the metallic colors you're using. Well done!  :::cheers:::

They are nicely done, though I must say the blue paint is somewhat getting used to from the black red theme the chaos warriors normally have, from what I have seen at least.

Using a rock as a unitfiller is also somewhat of a new sight :P And indeed might be better if it wasn't in the first rank.
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.

that´s because this are warriors of change, otherwise they wouldn´t be blue :)

The rock is just a temporarily filler, because I still have to paint 4 more chosen but also want to play with the unit
