January is flying past! :icon_eek:

This week ... got in two evenings of reading material on the Old World.  Started reading the front fluff of the new rule book (which is some 70 pages long), and some of the opening fluff from the Bretonnian Arcane Journal.

I'll chime in. I've been doing a fair bit of fluff writing. A lot is for a coming narrative campaign, but I've also been doing a lot for my own faction lore. Mostly expanding previous little tidbits, or "reforming" various institutions to be a bit more historically accurate.

I'll put myself down for 3 days so far.

Only 1 evening this week - Work’s been made. Hopefully a bit of time to relax with a beer and do some painting after work tomorrow. Halfway through my Nevcromunda gang.

Last Thursday saw me priming a farm house and barn for wargaming in general, followed by getting the first coats of paint on the sides and the roofs, and then Saturday got in my first game of the year.

Today ... painted the doors of the farm house and barn.

Finally a decent week.  Besides the painting at the beginning, Thursday saw hobby organizing and prep for the weekend's convention, Friday participated in my first RPG at a convention in probably 40 years, plus ran my Agincourt scenario using Lion Rampant, and Saturday saw me GMing 2 WW1 early war scenarios, and playing in a friends "advanced" Battlemasters game.

So 4 days this week, and hope to keep the progress moving forward! :icon_biggrin: :::cheers:::

Didn't get in a 3rd day last week.  Need to up step my commitment level, and got in some painting of the farm building walls earlier this week, and some on the roofs last night ... 2 days, and with today, that menas I can get in 3 days for the week.

Ok, although if I counted all the socializing and days I've been on this site in the last 10 or more years, it'd be quite the "hobbying" going on as well.  What we're really doing in this thread is tracking ourselves with actual hobbying, and not just talking about it.  However, that doesn't take away from the enjoyment that some get just talking, which is probably better than no "hobbying" at all.  :icon_wink: :icon_cool:
