Rhinomen
« on: April 15, 2009, 11:48:48 PM »
Does anyone have any information on Rhinomen? I stumbled on it in wikipedia, and have never ever heard of them and couldn't find anything with a casual search on this website and the web.

I had a friend who made a horse headed minotaur, very cool.  BTW the page does say roleplaying version of warhammer.  Rhino men would be a cool beastman ogre conversion.

Nah if anything I think they would be added to the beastmen army as some sort of heavy hitting calvary

They had rhinomen in the fighting fantasy gamebooks.

As for wikipedia, I wonder if I could add 'halibut-men' to that list and have people think they were in warhammer.

On the contrary, I'd make them into monstrously huge minotaur type creatures with a scaly skin save (well rhino- hide anyway) wielding pairs of huge maces.  As an homage to the gods must be crazy movies have them hate anything that is remotely associated with fire, and because they are so fricking huge a St bonus for their bull rhino charge, all with appropriate points bumps of course.

If you reference it from a fake webpage I can't see how they could agrue against you. Either that or put it in the W-E wiki, you must have mod powers for that. No one would ever know.

There is no such thing as mod powers on the wiki!

And it looks like there is already a Halibut-Men entry.

Are they the riders of the pikasus?
You can never have enough threads crying about halberdiers. We have an epic ballad in Nordland called the Halberdiers' Lament. Luckily for you, I shall not sing it.
