Biomancer?
I choose too keep "Old Warhammer" alive with my blood sweat and tears.

It's bad that warhammer might die but it would be a tragedy if it stays dead!

As far as I can see, those are new inventions from various games, with quite some hybrids among them.

Well, Magic the Gathering has sangromancer (see Syphon's post), other games hemomancer. A more linguistically correct form would be hematomancer (or haematomancer). However, it does not seem to have been a "historical" word in any shape or form.
Edit: I suspect my list above also contains various words that are perhaps historical, but rather fanciful (as people like to fill in what they consider blanks, when making lists).

Hematomancer sounds really silly. I like the Sangromancer. Has a nice vibe to it. :-P

Well, it is a kind of romancer.

Edit: I found this website with even more mancers (including hematomancy) and an explanation: http://wordinfo.info/unit/2725/page:1
Again, I suspect, if there is only the explanation of the word itself, the word wil often be a blank filler, rather than a "real" practice.

How many mancers could a mancer mance if a mancer could mance mancers?

That would be an aenigmancer (short for aenigmatomancer). Someone with Oedipal qualities...
