Ghostkeel, great model.

I like the crisis suits without weapons, they look ready to rumble.

More!!

better (read whiter) pictures of the Crisis Suits with 9 of the 12 finished CIB's (Cyclic Ion Blasters)

Chopped up Coldstar Commander to fix it with magnetized hard-points to be able to swap all the weapons (need to chop loose the HOBC and Missile Pod) and already did some work on him also.

And the Ghostkeel was voted most (here and on ATT) so here is a progress picture (near completion)

They look better with the weapons than without, and i liked them without! :eusa_clap:

Are you going to have any of the bigger suits or the vehicles? How will you do the white on them?

The Ghostkeel is already a tad bigger then most (twice the commander), at the moment I don't have the bigger suits yet, but eyeing up a Riptide in the near future. And I got 2 Devilfishes (same hull as the hammerheads tanks) and will do them the same only a bit bigger patches of the creme white and gray bellies of the vehicles. (like the Piranha)

Well Ghostkeel and it's Stealth Drones battle-ready!

On to the next project:
2nd group of Stealth Suits to finish my Vanguard Detachment. (Coldstar commander needs to wait a bit)

As I also got this I want to try out with Benthe (my 9 year old daugther) as this will be a bit easier and shorter then a 40k battle.

She got her own starterset of Space Marines and some extra tidbits (Damocles Gulf box and Killteam (7th ed) sprue of tactical marines) and painting them up in Salamander colors.

 :biggriin:

I 'finished' 2 Tactical Marines for her, just the base coats and one green layer color, just to make them ok on the battlefield and not to give her an impossible to do task yet on them. I'll post a picture of them with my next blogpost moment, as I also have an idea for the bases and I just got a pot of texture paint to do it with. So I can get that done on them also.

New update.. not much to show besides a really yellowish picture of me and Benthe playing Killteam (no it's not the camera.. we actually have yellow led lights above the table..giving it an aerie glow :)

to see go here:
https://wargamingbysks.wordpress.com/2018/10/29/regular-update-end-of-october/

But what I did wanted to show was the (simplistic) battleready tactical marine, with all out basing, but with just the slightly wrong texture used (need to get Martian Ironearth instead of Martian Ironcrust which is more solid and rough, the first should crack more revealing the red lava beneath.
