Yes, but you will still engage/destroy 3-4 units, potentially tie up another on the consolidate, and have a thirster and massive unit of bloodletters in the the enemy deployment area for their next turn. On turn 2, 2-3 units of bezerkers arrive and a max unit of juggernauts.
Plenty of armies can "handle" that, but it isn't comfortable for any army to come under than much pressure. The thirster and letters are almost a distraction for the bezerkers. I have yet to see anything withstand world eater bezererkers who arrive in combat untouched.
If you don't like how the enemy is deploying or if they have too many buffers, you can save the deep strikers for turn 2 and hit at the same time as the bezerkers.
