I seem to remember that these textures are often downloadable to print at home? Never tried, I use plain white mostly.

It may well be a plain light blue copier paper, and the 'marbled' effect is being created by the flash of the camera.
I seem to recall that the Light Blue is the recommended choice.

You can buy small packs of coloured paper in your High Street stationery shops, and possibly some with a 'washed' or the 'marbled' effect, but a lot of the slow-selling fancier papers have been dropped by the manufacturers since the last economic crash in 2009.
