I'm not sure you should bother trying to fit a Stank into anything less than 2250 pts or so.... I would generally run the following:

* A general(probably Arch-Lector)
* A BSB
* A Wizard Lord
* A 2nd Wizard or a WP

* A 10-man crossbow block
* 2 x 30 state troops with one detachment ea.
* Flagellants if enough pts
* Possibly 10 Knights as flankers - probably with GW's

* If not Knights, Greatswords in Special
* Pistoliers
* Cannon
* Mortar

* Helblaster(I find the Helstorm to be too inaccurate)

I think this should be in the Parade Ground

Well......you should first explain your gaming environment. Are you going to play at a tournament...or against friends? What kind of armies do you regularly face? What models do you have? What models do you like?

The prayers of the priests canīt heal the steam tank. Healing the big guy is possible with a wizard of life.
