Welcome, Sjus and Arskittar!

Hope to see photos of your armies, Sjus. I'm especially interested in the late medieval royal Danish Brets.

Arskittar, tell us more about your DoW Empire!

Hello, my name is Adam and i just signed up to the website/forum.

I have recently had time to sort through some of my boxes of Games Workshop, and i am hoping to get time to paint some of them. I was last into the hobby in the mid nineties, with a small flurry of ebay purchasing about 4 years ago. At the moment i am more interested in painting and maybe some light conversion than playing.

Hoping to get some ideas and advice. I am not that good at the painting but enjoy it. This week i have taken 4 broken henchmen from advanced Heroquest and turned them into banner men (standard bearers), i have painted a Mighty Empires knight, attached a pennant and shield symbol to create a hero.

I have a few figures to go but i am looking at using militia models as heroes in groupings of older miniatures that only had one or two poses. I should end up with a 500+ point Altdorf troop.

Adam

Hello All,

My name is Shane, I've recently come back to the hobby after at least a decade away from it, re-discovering all the magic in those dusty boxes under the stairs!

Discovering the whole Age of Sigmar actually enraged me, but that's for another thread I'm sure, and a couple years late.

Enjoying seeing those red and white regiments back on my table top again, and have greenskins to slay!
