Then make three times that. It should be enough for half the roof Glue
You could certainly amass quite a collection of testicles

Very optimistic I would say.  Even 10% of what they are asking is far too much.

Daring to ask such a price and then not even bothering with a description.....

I have noticed a lot of the eBay shops do not bother with descriptions, they just say "selling item as pictured WYSIWYG" ....

I clicked on his store and saw...

Metal Skaven set 1 Heroquest Warhammer Hero Quest

Reminds me of...

Those options are totally worth 775 dollars.

Makes me wonder if they are right in the head, BOTH the seller(and any buyer that would spend that on one item)... INSANE  ::heretic::

Well, there's paint on them but to call them 'painted' is stretching it a bit.

Just look at what the guy is offering in his Hero Quest 'shop'. 9 pages of auctions/buy it nows

And then you take a closer look: http://www.ebay.it/itm/Heroquest-High-Mage-Wizards-of-Morcar-Hero-Quest-/110812909979?pt=Giochi_in_Scatola&hash=item19ccf6d19b

Now that totally doesn't look like a poorly cleaned resin copy of the original, ahem.

These minis also differ in the colour of plastic I know them: http://www.ebay.it/itm/Return-Witch-Lord-Heroquest-Hero-Quest-unpainted-no-box-/120937580131?pt=Giochi_in_Scatola&hash=item1c28710663

I wouldn't be surprised if the cardboard game pieces are noting more then reprints on thick cardstock.

I'm sure he doesn't really think anyone will pay that buy it now price. He's intentionally high balling the price so that people will make him an offer of what they will really pay. I'm guessing would take any offer above $250 for Karl Franz and $350 for the Demi-Gryphs, based on his previous sales. Those are still crazy prices and people are paying premium prices for his work though.

Those Heroquest figs are definitely bad recasts.

Those Heroquest models look like fakes (the wizard at the very least).

Crazy!

I don't really buy much on ebay anymore.  When I needed my 18 wraiths, I couldn't get them at a reasonable price on ebay and just waited around on Bartertown, snatching them up as they became available.

I have seen some auctions of average to good painted model auctions really take off. I never understood why - your "pro-painted" models would never gel with the rest of your army.

Sounds like he more or less admits that it's a copy in the description:

Does ebay really charge 11% fee on stuff you sell?

I am finally getting round to going on there to sell a few warhammer bits and bobs and I want to know what I'm getting into. Only ever bought on there...
