Just destroyed a 50 dollar derailleur for my bike I don't even care that I hurt myself crashing but my poor bike............

Actually it all depend on who you talk to whether it is derailer or derailleur but my spell check automatically makes it derailleur.
It's actually a 40 year old Japanese one and looking for a new one the best I can find is a $230 full set when all I need is that one $50 piece.....

Even worse.

Deb realizes she's in love with Dexter. The older of the two serial killers has been dead for years. Dexter decides to carve up the killer in the abandoned church(that the cops have already found) and gets caught by Deb. *twitch*

Just watched it. Awful.

I really liked the Trinity season...after that I lost interest as I couldn´t imagine they could top that one.....and well I guess they couldn´t.

Bad News everyone.....Barroso wants to create a Europe super state with every country having to pay for the debts of the others. Euro-Bonds will lead to the end of the European Union as I can´t imagine Germany will play along with this.

Tne Netherlands would also be out.

They'd subsequently immediately try to help establish a similar organization but then only containing the Western Europe/Scandinavian countries.

The show has steadily been declining, but I still liked the last couple seasons even if they were somewhat predictable...

I guess I am the same way with Dr. Who, I am enough of a fanboy that it really doesn't matter how bad an episode is. Granted, the ones that are REALLY horrible ie; "Love&Monsters" I won't watch but once, good ones like the End of Time trilogy, I will watch over and over...

I've been working 8-6 outside every day this week. I have the worst farmers tan, except it's all burnt. Yes, I used sunscreen and all that. Doesn't help.

That sucks man. I have been working outside all my life so my skin is relatively used to it but when you just start I've seen guys on my worksite turn bright pink in a couple of hours. Not even sunscreen can help you when your out that long.

I mean, during the summer I work outside doing yard work pretty regularly, at least 2-3 days a week for a few hours, but we don't have any shade on our site, so there's just nothing you can do but grin and bear it (setting up a festival type thing, just got the tents up today, which is the only shade since it's in the middle of a street and park).

Better take good care. I've got permanent injuries with both triceps because I had torn something in the past.

The first because I tried to impress a girl during a fitness work-out (she wasn't even watching at that moment). The second when I tried to get out of a very unfavourable position in a JiuJitsu ground fight purely on strength.

It's not like I cannot use them, but I have to be careful when lifting heavy loads.

You obviously didn't do enough warm-up stretches .............. try 135 next time.

Shoulder injuries are tough. I seperated mine, and still have inner ear problems from it.
