low carb mate,
i've lost 8 Ib in 4 weeks,
it takes lowering your carbs to trick your body basically,
not atkins low, but 60-80 g Carb daily.
i eat meat, cheese, veges, fruits, dark chocolate 85% cocoa real dark, loads of nuts, yogurt, dried fruit,
no rice/pasta/potatoes,
and exercise,
still i feel like a gluton though!
just ate a lot of pork
