I had to go to doctors to get antibiotics this morning.

Maybe that's why the dinner didn't really taste of anything!

Strep throat!

Which is why I knew j needed antibiotics and not just a normal sore throat which would go away

it's annoying when theres something wrong but you're not quite sure.

Always a difficult call as Antibiotic resistance is majorly on the rise but when they work its dramatic, normally one or two doses and the tide is turned. The big fear if they are given out too often is that we will be unable to treat pneumonia, meningitis etc and a simple biopsy could kill you.

Had to take my daughter to hospital yesterday eve, was floppy and febrile at the gp but antibiotics turned it around like a miracle

Unhappy thought: A large, buff Serbian man just pulled a wisdom tooth out with a pair of pliers. It's also an unhappy feeling.

But at least it's done with.

Building a rocket and shooting it into space also costs millions of dollars. So a pair of pliers makes sense from a financial viewpoint.

I myself finished watching season 2 of Daredevil on Netflix. I thought it was not even close to as good as the first season, it was very contrived, turned most characters into some kind of idiot to make the plot work and I wasted 10 hours watching it.

They didn't mention Chyna at all when they reinstated the Womens championship at Wrestlemania. I was never a huge fan but it was remarkable what she did.

Obviously she had drug problems and made porn films, not great with new PG stuff.
But they seem to accept no responsibility at all for all the drug problems.

WWE is really messed up with a lot of that stuff, man. Their Hall of Fame stuff usually angers me because it's so freaking political. The Women's Division in WWF was actually pretty legit back when Chyna was around because there was talent instead of just swimsuit models.

Chyna was real poison behind the scenes as well though. And her very public fights with HHH made it difficult to foresee her coming back into the fold. Her porn career pretty much sealed the deal.

As far as the women's division, I am not sure it was that much better during her time. There were what, three women at any given time? I think the early and mid 2000's were the high water mark for the division personally.

I think the quality of the division now is as good as it's ever been.
Chyna held a mens belt and regularly wrestled men- because the quality of the other female wrestlers was so poor.

Trish Stratus and Lita were also quality, but from 2000-2006, rather than chyna 1997-2001.

I'd forgotten her falling out with HHH. Just think it's gross that WWE are so punitive aorund drugs/roid issues. The environment ofd the company, and the nature ofd the product, obviously pushes people into Roids and other drugs, and they wash their hands of any responsibility.
I guess they're careful given the Benoit situation.
