I wanted to post the jaw-drop emoji. But it's on Photobucket. So I will have to just express it through text: that's a jaw-dropping surprise!

delivered 2 september 10:42 uur
Adress HANAU  GERMANY

I noticed that my target is building Pikemen with old plastic Spearmen. So I packed 18 (6th ed) spearmen and some (6th ed) handgunners unpainted as an extra.

The real surprise are off course the painted models.

 Now I wait for somebody to confirm delivery :)

Out of the blue, I seem to have received a package from Belgie!

My home computer died, so it takes time to upload unpacking photos & stuff. But I can confirm that the package made it safely here. :)

Also am still working with my surprise. Utterly bereft of time these days. But it will be ready some day soon.

If there is no other recipient from Hanau, I think I am the one, Henerius sent his surprise to. Unfortunately I will be at home tomorrow. So I will send pictures tomorrow evening  :-) Looking forward to open the surprise.

Already thank You very much for the 6th edition minis. The regiment gets bigger and bigger.  :icon_biggrin:

Here they come:

Not seen in the picture is the landscape movement tray.

Many thanks for Novogord!  :::cheers::: :::cheers::: :::cheers:::

Splendid Stirland peasants.

Will also be usable in a planned medieval campaign, perhaps as hairy highlanders.

What manufacturer are these?

Made good progress with my surprise, but still need a layer or two of greenstuff. Extra days, as it needs to dry.

Awesome! Looks like the beginnings of a warband. I love the angry, suspicious looks they have. Reminds me of some of my neighbors. 😸

In my own tradition... no letter to the package. So Panama, the Pleasant surprise is from my hand.

I was missing something in youre blog,a wizard, so I made one.  The one you have now is an old GW or citadel wizard, I hope he will be helpfull. Furthermore any army needs nobility and of course a second wizard :closed-eyes:. She is a reaper mini and clearly not a scholar of the imperial college, because they only let men enter.  I guess that the old wizard helped her to open up to the winds of magic.

She might be an awesome resident of youre castle btw  :biggriin:

I hope you enjoy them Panama

Thanks a lot for the kind words!
They aren't the best cast miniatures in the world, lots of flash. But I will look this evening which are the producers of these.
They are indeed usable as peasants in a medieval setting.

@Henny: Nice wizards! I didn't recognise the old man.
Only your explanation is a little dubious:  "I guess that the old wizard helped her to open up..." :-P

Thank You Henerius. You are absolutely right. I need some wizards.
And I really like the Minis.

I have to include a dungeon or a ruined tower for the wizard somewhere  :icon_biggrin:
I planned a patio high over the water, open at one side at the back of my castle.(If I ever will finish it, which does not seem to happen :engel:) This place should please her

Thak You for posting the pictures. Photobucket is a nightmare. I have to find another place to upload my pics instead.

With Your 6th edtion forces I now have 100 Pikemen. This is going to be a nice violent heap (Do not know if this word exists in english, in german it is "Gewalthaufen")

So thank You very much Henerius  :biggriin: I am really pleased about the Minis.

Something a bit different, but Konrad's von Richtmark's package arrived last week. Needless to say, it made me very happy. :biggriin:

Now my RP'ing will enter a completely new level. On a side note, I only have 3 books left to buy, before my 2nd edition WFRP collection is complete.

Sorry for the link, but I have no idea in hell, how to embed the miniature in my post.
