Eggs over easy. Dip toast (sourdough is best) into yolk. Mmmm...

Old school. 'Bout makes my wife hurl whenever she sees me do it hehe..
That sounds amazing, why doesn’t your wife approve?

How is that a problem?  It makes the toast delicious and the yolk edible.

As an American, I agree that toast generally does not have things on it, unless in sandwich form.
This must be one of those Americans with less life experience than some others.  Don't let him fool you, I've seen folks put stuff on toast in the States since I was a youngun', a long time ago.

And yes, toast dipped in egg yolk is good! :icon_cool:

It's pretty common for people to not like their eggs at all runny.  My girlfriend is the same way: her fried eggs have to be cooked hard and her scrambled eggs cooked to overdoneness (by my standards).  My ex was the same way, as are many people I know.  It's usually the same types that won't eat a steak that's at all red in the middle (although thankfully my girlfriend isn't...it's just the eggs thing with her, for whatever reason).

That is it. A bit of runny and she does not react well :icon_wink:

I agree. Very tasty!

£10 a week just on Bagels, Cream Cheese and Bacon. However it is like the most filling, tasty, awesome breakfast ever.

Toasted bagels with butter are yummy! :icon_biggrin:

This morning though ... cream filled donut with french brew coffee. :icon_cool:

ie built up a routine for my meals. morning is usually a small bowl of cereal and when I get to work I have part 2 of my breakfast which is 2 cinnamon apple sauce fruit cups.

As an American, I agree that toast generally does not have things on it, unless in sandwich form.

As an American I say that you've lived a sheltered life! I've eaten all kinds of stuff on toast and not just in sandwich form. Country gravy with sausage, Shit on a Shingle, scrambled eggs and cheese, peanut butter and maple syrup, and lots of other stuff including making sandwiches like bacon egg and cheese.

It really depends on the day what I have, I like variety. This past weekend on Saturday I had eggs scrambled with garlic powder and tomatoes, pork hominado longanisa, and garlic fried rice. A couple weekends before I made homemade Spanish Bread and Pan de Sal (a Filipino style bread), so I had Spanish bread and a glass of milk for breakfast a few days the following week. My wife ate the Pan de Sal with peanut butter and coffee for breakfast that week. Today I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, 3 slices of bacon, and some iced tea. Tomorrow I'll probably have some yogurt. This coming weekend I think we'll probably do eggs fried over easy, bacon, toast with butter and grape jam (although I usually just do buttered toast and dip it in the egg yolk, so yummy!), and milk.

1/2 caffeine pill, small salad, protein shake, slice of whole wheat bread with almond butter(or coconut oil, peanut butter, et cetera), 6 almonds or pistachios, 1/2 a quest bar.

I'm not a huge breakfast person even when I'm not training/dieting.

I've just started working night shifts around 2 weeks ago so my breakfast has become whatever my parents are having for lunch/tea. For instance yesterday I had Lasagne. It's not as good as it sounds, I'm not sure how long this job will last.

I can't eat anything really dense/rich right awake waking or I feel sick.

Anyways, see about switching to first or second shift. Third shift really does a number on your metabolism, social life, and psyche.

Apparently you can get it in gum too. I had an MRE and the Drill Sergeant took the gum out of my hand and threw it out the window.

I friend of mine who was in the Canadian military said that there were given caffeine gum during a sleep-deprivation exercise.

Caffeine pills are usually found next to painkillers and have names like "Vivarin" or "No-Doze" instead of being self-descriptive. You can also get caffeinated bottled water(though it tastes 'off' to me) and mints.
