I am currently making heaps of scenery for it, using Precinct 187 models by Z1 design.

Where are you getting the vehicles from?
Are they metal?
Do they come with figures or can you get/add figures inside them?

That begs the next question where have you got figures from?

Are Great Escape making their own or 'importing' - the Northstar site is a bit vague.
They have Copplestone Gangsters and there are suitable figures in Bob Murch's Pulp Figures.
