That's HUGE! Exactly how big is that base? I think it's even bigger than my Dracolich?!

Nice to see Borderguy churning out a lot of nice miniatures, too.

Looking ahead, I'm going to try and paint a dozen Goblin Wolf Riders during the rest of February and into March.

I've also started assembling a model for the "Ancient Evil" contest category over on Carpe Noctem, which I'll also try and paint in March.

Beyond the obvious awesomeness of this, I also like (a) the fleeing victims, (b) the fact that the image on the TV seems to be like an enthusiastic presenter announcing the arrival of your mammoth.  :::cheers:::

I love the oldschool vibe of this mini. Is this the Orc's Drift wyvern?

I'm still liking your orc color pallette better than the newer garish-greens.

First 2 units from February's goals: Anglo-Saxon and Viking warriors for Saga.

Enjoying seeing all your minis. I like them all, but I'm particularly enjoying seeing the Saga minis.

Whoops, forgot my own update. I'm done for Feb.

023 ... 5 scouts and a chariot, 5 bog zombies.

Bog zombies were done early in the month.

The scouts are done, but I need to wait for the OWAC post to be published before I can show the pic.

I forgot to take a pic of the chariot. I had planned on painting two. One for me (oldschool Eleven Attack Chariot) and one I owed a friend (HE lion chariot with a hero). I only got the latter done, and its now in his possession.

Starting to think about my March goals...

The lady on the T.V. screen looks enthusiastic about the mammoth, too! :icon_wink:

Looks like if the mammoth moves his head back and forth, then the two guys running away are going to get batted down by the tusks.

Looks nicely done, congrats! :eusa_clap: :::cheers:::

Zero TwentyThree, glad you like my tiny Giant Wyvern, but the Orc's Drift one is very slightly newer and considerably bigger. Patience, my friend  :icon_wink:

Thank you very much! Yeah the timing with Mila Kunis in That 70's show is an awesome coincidence :D

Mila Kunis is awesome and the timing with my photo is just the icing on the cake.
I really like the fleeing victims too, they even have dropped their weapons. 1 axe from greatswords is next to the rock on the left side and a dagger (also frpm greatswords) is just in front of the mammoths right foot.

Thanks for the kind words!

I've become a historical mini I painter primarily ZeroTwentyThree, so I'm glad somebody likes them. Your Bog Zombies look great. I think you nailed that peat leather skin. What models are those?

Hmmmm - The base is 8" * 12" or 20cm * 30cm - mine is 24 cm x 24 cm, so your base is a little bigger. That guy is enormous!  :icon_eek:

2nd unit completed and entered, although a little late due to conjunctivitis or some similar eye infection, so Feb targets met. Eyes nearly right again.

Next month the only thing I have to make is a Genestealer cult figure for a GW competition. The final of the Legion of Legend is mid-month but as all the figures are built and painted it’s just finding a safe way to transport them to the shop.   I still have 13 of my friend’s Space Marines in various stages so I’d better make the effort to finish them.

I’m a bit behind with taking photos so will also try to bring my thread up to date next month.

Think I will build a unit of 16 Dryads tonight. Not sure if I will paint them, might base coat them if I have enough rhinox hide base left

They're GREAT!!!

BTW, GP, put me down this month for those 20 Sartosans I undercoated but then shelved due to other priorities. I'm gonna need them soon, and more pirates!
Photobucket has now re-destroyed my pictures, so the first half of my collected works thread is no longer working again. To see my website version of the campaign thread, with fully functioning pictures, please go to https://bigsmallworlds.com/

Like all of Colin's work, its a nice kit. A little filler to texture the walls and some paint and its ready for the table. The maniac in me papers the interior walls... I really have a problem...  :icon_lol:

CFM stands for what?

I like the wall paper, where does that come from?
