looks indeed great! I'd dirty it up some more though, some rust, some spattered mud perhaps...?

Long time without an update but you know how xmas gobbles your time up. Anyway January is upon us and i've more time.

I've signed up for the painting challenges again this year as it motivated me to complete a lot of models in 2010. I didn't try last year as I moved house and had a baby right at the start of the year. It seems to be motivating me again so without further ado here is my next two pieces of terrain finished.
VAG corps (Ventris agriculture group) water storage tank No. 4

Grox shed

Hope you like them, C&C always welcome.

Next instalment my be a while as i'm trying to crack on with my marines. I have started the PDF emplacement so you never know.

Risen from the grave,

I have been busy with various bits and pieces out side the hobby but I have been carrying on with my terrain collection.
I wanted to share with you what I've got done. It's not quite finished, I'm waiting for some more static grass to finish a couple of pieces and have some transfers and detailing to do on a couple more along with the foliage.
Here is the wip
Refinery/water processing

Vent

Bunker

Service area

I hope you like, comments always welcome. I hope to have them finished soon.

It was supposed to be 'ventris agri group' acronym, the vag bit had completely passed my innocent little brain by till Finlay pointed it out. By then it was too late so I had to continue with it.
The agri world it is based on is ventris IV

In the far future there is only war... and genetically engineered vaginas hermetically sealed to be used as needed.

It's an agri world, so along Rufus' idea, maybe a tall grainery/food storage location, and maybe some sort of landing port for transporting product.

I had planned a workers had block and a space port. Hadn't thought of a grain/feed storage silo.

I also want to do some pipe lines for low level cover.

I'd thought id update this plog. I've painted up and finished all the terrain i'd shown previously so will get some photos of that up soon. I have also ordered a load of stuff from this website www.pardulon.com

There stuff looks great so hoping it's alright. I also have the crashed aquilia lander from the core game a few editions ago to do.

Need to do some high rise stuff.

High rise stuff ... a grain elevator!  Something needs to store all the food for the Grox.

Love the buildings.  Are they tin cans and aerosols being used as donor parts?

Gp: not sure on a grain elevator. If that is a big storage tower, then I've got loads of cylindrical pieces. I've seen a factory preform on dark sphere games  which can be tarted up. It's going o be the slaughter house and canning plant. http://www.darksphere.co.uk/p.php?p=52557&c=329

Crimson sphinx: no tin cans but a aerosol can is there. Pringles tin is, the small pots., used on a couple. The triangle is a corner protection piece from a radiator. I run a building company so see loads of bits to use.

Amera's full range here

Dark Sphere prices are better, but they don't look to have the whole range.

Amera do some nice modula building pieces.

I really like this terrain!

After I finish my battle company, I think I need to get into the terrain biz.
