Volands venerators
« on: December 02, 2016, 04:33:41 AM »
I've wanted to make a Dogs of war army for.....since, since Bill Clinton was in office.
Whilst looking through the rulebook, I realised that most of the now OOP minis can be made from kits which are still on shelves.
I made Voland and four venerators from Knightly order parts.
The best thing about this army is that I only needed to make five models, I can attach other cavalry units I have from other units to it.

(( Rowsdower,

I actually use a ton of Venators in my Empire army.  I mostly use them as part of my Vanheim's 75th Cavalry... led by Siegfried von Vanheim, and as part of my Issenguard Dragoons.  Here's a link:

They're about a 1/3 or so down on the page... after the Rocket Cart.

Anyway, one of the nice things about the Venators, is that they do blend in with the metal-type and plastic-type Empire knights very well.  ))
