Nothing weird about it. The Count's Tavern is intended for Forum members only.  If you are not logged in, the site treats you as a visitor and does not show The Count's Tavern.

I have a CJ with rules for bar fights in warhammer quest. They were such fun :P . Problem is, we never went questing after we found those rules :(

I don't think rules are required....I've had some great wizard duels on improv in chat before now....but it's a bit slow to do it over the forum.
