As usual, I got to assemble my gaming buddy's new miniatures for Ghost Archilpelago, so I thought I'd share them with you...
Please excuse the scale-eton, I didn't have an Empire model to hand to show size with...
This is the biggest model, comes with a choice of heads. I call this one Rory
I upgraded him to a 60mm base as he looked silly teetering on the 40mm my pal had provided.
Sail-backed dino thingy (I should look up the names maybe?)
Pteranadon lizard bird
Terrifying chicken-raptors
Giant vampire bats
To be honest, I'm not very excited about the models. The head variant on the big guy is a nice touch, but will you actually need two in a game, I wonder? The sculpts are okay, but there's nothing very original here, nothing that'd make you want to use these rather than "unofficial" dinosaur miniatures or toys, really.
The casting on the resin parts is a bit average to be honest, especially as these are from new moulds, but as you may know I'm not a fan of resin from most manufacturers. The metal parts are much nicer.
