Well, it will take some time, especially with the first batrep for which you're using that programme. Let's try this step by step:
Open the programme. Go to "File", "New Game". You should see a popup with the game details to be entered. Leave everything as is and click "define" for Army A. Click "New" in the bottom left. The only relevant details you need to fill in are a name for this unit, its size, base size and # of files (ranks will be computed accordingly).
Do the same for Army B. Now you have two armies with one unit each. Close the screen with OK and start placing terrain. Then move the arrow on the turn bar one to the right. It's time for deployment. Click each unit you've created one by one, place and move it until you're satisfied. Placing all units for two sides in a 6k battle will take quite a while but that's for later. Move the cursor to turn 1, click a unit and move it to where you want. Don't forget to mark it as charging, fleeing or whatever if you like. There's also an option for explosions, skulls etc.
At every step, go to File in the top menu, chose Save and then Export to Image File. This will create jpg's in the "Export" folder in your BC directory. Regrettably, the programme will create one new folder for each image/turn, so when you upload the pictures to Photobucket or another site, you will have to open them all one by one. You can copy them all to one folder beforehand if you like. This is also the next step - get a Photobucket or whatever account and upload your images. The site should offer you various options to include pictures (html, IMG...). For Warhammer Empire, you want IMG's.
When you have uploaded your images, open a new thread, write something, then copy and paste the IMG tag version below or above your text. Highlight it and click the IMG button above, or click it and insert the relevant line inbetween. You will find it below each and every of your uploaded pictures (third from top if memory serves).
