What I want to know is what the heck happened to Helstroms 1st 2nd and 3rd!  If Helstroms already lost 3 divisions I'm not sure I want to follow him!

Hah-ha!  We still have Helstorm's 5th and up, the enemy just won't understand they won't kill us all.  Men always emerge as victors against Evil in the end.

errrrr Helstrom didn't command the 1st, 2nd or 3rd musters and he hopefully wont command a 5th as one muster should be enough to sort out the chaos rabble, undead and assorted small folk that we face.

For registration:

or more simply

[your arrmy name] (Helstroms 4th)

i.e. Richter Eisenburg's Templars of Solkan a Company of Helstroms 4th

alternatively, Richter Eisenburg's Templars of Solkan (Helstroms 4th)

If you wanted to get more regimented (pun intended) about it then you could post a sticky for registration setting out either a standard lexicon army size based or predicted maximum army size;

i.e.
up to 999pts - Company
1000pts-1999 - Regiment
2000 - 2999 - Battalion
3000+ - Division

(please note the above are examples not suggestions as I don't know which are bigger than the others or if they are appropriate for the equivalent historical periods)

Alternatively,

We could just make a list of everyone who intends to sign up under Helstrom and assign them all a number starting at 1 i.e

Valdemar [army name] 1st [insert army size] of Helstroms 4th

i.e. Valdemar's Averlanders 1st Company of Helstroms 4th 

If thats waaaay too many numbers then

alternatively, see top of post

i.e.

[your army name] (Helstroms 4th)

I like your ideas on the issue Solkan.  We had a debate when this first started about how regimented we wanted it to be (Helstrom's 4th that is) and thought that we didn't want it to rigid because of the complexity and semi informality of the structure that the Empire is based off of.

I think something along the lines of Wissenland Expeditionary Brigade (Helstrom's 4th), sounds decent enough.  I'm still tinkering with what to call my army, so that's just an example in and of itself.

Thanks, I have to agree. Despite my lengthy post (I was just splurging some ideas out) I actually think that your army name with Helstroms 4th in brackets after it, is the best way forward.

Jerok's thoughts on how to register to maintain cohesion in our ranks:

Right now what I believe the registration will be like is as follows....

Commander Name: [Enter Fluffy Name Here]
Army Name: [Enter Fluffy Name Here]
Faction: {List of Factions- pick Empire}
Region OR Country: {List of Regions/Countries}
Personal Info: Passwords, E-mails etc.


Now, this is how I think we should do things to keep us as a group, co-ordinated and to stand out.

Commander Name: [Name Entered in Recruitment Thread]
Army Name: [Brief Entitlement of your Army + "- Helstroms 4th"]
and so on.....

By adding the "- Helstrom 4th" we bring our people together into a solid group and are more likely to be recognized.
