Thursday May 14th, Friday May 15th, Saturday May 16th and Sunday May 17th(The Thursday and Friday being a public holiday in Belgium) MOST PEOPLE WILL ATTEND GAMING FRI/SAT/SUN so far, travelling on Thursday.
So participants may choose what days they wish to attend - people can attend the first two days or the last two days or all four days - up to you.
Venue will again be St Niklaas, in the HQ clubhouse.
After the experiences of previous years I am certain that we will stay at the Ibis Hotel in the centre of St Niklaas.

To help me negotiate a good deal at the Hotel, it would be helpful if people confirm as soon as they can, and what days they are likely to attend.
Several people may be travelling to the venue on Wednesday 13th and leaving on Monday May 18th
However not everybody is staying all 5 nights.
We would expect a twin room to be about 75e (for the room, so split in 2) and hopefully including breakfast (although we didn't get that deal anymore last year, but fear not, Ye shall not go hungry) - which is served until 10.00am, and for many of us did for lunch as well.
Otherwise apart from travel cost, it's an evening meal and beers.
'Gaming intensity' is entirely up to you - in previous years some people have played 3 games a day, and others one.
Since this event has been running for some years now, and some of us got to know eachother quite well over the years, I imagine it could be a bit daunting to newer forum members. However I want to stress that everyone is welcome, accomodation permitting... (If a hundred of you come, I've got a problem... )
