Midaski and Shav look related! :icon_eek:

Maybe brothers or father and son?  Perhaps just distantly related cousins.  It must be the latter.

Shav actually looks like a well mannered bloke after all.

And what I want to know are:

1.  Whats the deal with so many folks standing on the street corner?  Hopefully you're not all waiting for the same bus. :icon_wink:

2.  Whats the deal with Rufus being able to go bare foot in a restaurant?  Now I know why he lives in Europe and not the U.S. :icon_wink:

Fandir ... those greatsswords look wonderful! :::cheers:::

SKS, your army seems less painted than I remember?

Ehmm sort off...

I did some progress on my swordsmen and a bit on the Blazing Sun knights, but not finished obviously... and I didn't bring my all painted Knights of the White Wolf... rest is still as last time.

But I got great plans for this year: Paint or wallpaper 1 wall of living room -> Build up the new tv/cupboard cabinet thing to that wall. Then get stuff cleaned out of the spare bedroom, fix that up and redecorate as a single bed spare room / hobby room. Got a big ass desk for it and that will be my working station for warhammer. I mean to have it finished during this summer and then be able to paint a bit every spare moment I got!
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.

I have always wondered if he spoke like he posts on here. Can anyone vouch for him?

ahhh this mutant needed like three turns to get up to that level...he later tried to make a jump attack down onto one of my archers but of course failed.

It was a game between me and Friday Possessed vs my Averlanders..

Ha....I really liked Fridays..."I SAVE YOU MASTER!" yelling when the guy with the spear charged out of the building to save his boss.

I think I should stop here as now Aldaris Chaos Marines would show up...maybe I should wait another day.

Fandir, the greatswords with the ogre unit filler? I liked them very much. But if they ARE yours, it begs the question.... why doesn't the rest of your army look like them?
I don't care about the rules.

You have no excuses now I've seen how nice your stuff can be!

nicely painted armies (to people's best ability) make the game more enjoyable all round.
Looked like I saw riderless silverhelms...

Maybe your infinity army will be nice, if you can only manage 10 nice models!!!

An infinity beginner tourney in Exeter. but floor space at home is limited...

anyone else is welcome to come and hang out, (the plan being enjoying a fairly casual tournament weekend, with pub outings in evening) but I can’t put anyone else up.

So you've invited that poncey HElf over your UK team mates ..................... Oh the shame.

 :engel:

Actually I got an email from Premier Inn last night about their cheap rooms offers for the autumn.
£29, £39 and £49 per room.
If you did want to have a small UK bash we could consider picking date and time to take advantage of these sort of offers - a twin room at those prices would be fine.
The problem usually is that you can get a Friday and maybe a Sunday at the cheap rate, and then you pay more for the Saturday. However balanced over two nights it would still be as good as the Ibis probably.

you're invited...

just not to my house!  ::heretic::

(fandir is the one who showed interest in infinity... and I also invited rufus. sorry!)

I just looked at premier inn's, and there is actually one at Castle Marina in nottingham- which is half way to warhammer world from the city centre. Cheaper than the city centre one...
£96 for a twin room for friday 18th and sat 19th of october.
But have to book "saver", so no amendments, or refunds. £129 without saver.
I don't care about the rules.
