I agree with not allowing previously posted Entries.
Only exception is if you've redone the paint job - obviously.

Whats April's assignment? I only ask because its already April 10th.
A war machine - I think including crew.

Ooh - that should give me some incentive to get the new releases painted!

Speaking of which any chance we could pop the new stuff up on there sooner? I'd happily scrap the missile troops

I'm not a good/patient painter or a good at talking pictures, but I guess it is more fun for the winner if more join the competition.

These are my Kriegsritter for the 3rd edition Empire list. (Also available as mercenaries in 2nd edition) Converted using Volands Venators (5th edition)and various plastic parts. I painted them as Talabecland as I think my Altdorf army wouldn't use such outdated warriors, but as Talabecland is close to Altdorf they could join the Altdorf army as they hunt evil in the Great forest.

Here is my enter for July (it might be one of my possible three entries; it depends on how much time I can get to paint up the War Altar and Lumminark). I have previously painted this and shown it on the forum, but - per 'Soth - previously painted models are allowed for this competition because people must have painted them recently. If the judges wish to discount the model because it is previously painted, that is just fine - it's only a bit of fun, after all!

Click for larger images, as per usual.

A brief description of the model and inspiration (more details about the process can be found in this thread); I was inspired by the legends of the world turtle and the elephants on the back, hence the turtle and elephants. The miniatures ringing the map of the world (which is the Warhammer world, with the center where the orrery is mounted being the Island of Melite where my army is based) are zodiac miniatures from Reaper. The zodiac ring has been constructed so it looks as if it could orbit around. Rather than make this into a Colleges of Magic piece, I have gone for the look of a religous altar, devoted to Myrmidia in her aspect as Choreographer of the Heavens (so, the priestess on the back of the centaur has the laurel and round shield of the priestesses elsewhere in my army, but her shield also has a starfield design on it etc.)

Ask yourself , what is real? 5 sense filtered reality is a very limited perspective.

Luminark entry:

To see the various stages of creation, go to http://warhammer-empire.com/theforum/index.php?topic=42860.0. I didn't think I should clutter this thread with a repeat of all that malarke.
Photobucket has now re-destroyed my pictures, so the first half of my collected works thread is no longer working again. To see my website version of the campaign thread, with fully functioning pictures, please go to https://bigsmallworlds.com/

Perhaps for the newer members, after posting the results you should put the category for the next month's competition.
Because the lack of entry could have been a mis-understanding.
