It's a regular plastic horse with a metal head and tail from a 6-7th edition chaos knight. I guess back in the day a skull or spikes equalled to chaos

I think it's a conversion of the Valten's second version, he would use him as an additional Elector Count

Really like the tans and browns with the hochland colours. Their facial expressions are great.
