I think he wants a suggested armylist.

He may also be asking in a round about way "Can Orcs be WAAC?"

The answer, not really.  They don't have a rock hard killed, WAAC build because they are:

1.  Extremely fun.

2. Fairly unreliable.

3.  Lacking in a completely crazy, no-brainer, uber-unit.

4.  Lack the knockout magic phase they used to be able to field (they never get more than 1 extra powerdice, yet still suffer the horrid miscast table )

But boy they sure as hell are fun to play with.

A 8 BT NG list would be nasty, but those fanatics are not reliable enough to call it a WAAC list.  Thats a good point though.  I have run 16 fanatic lists and they can be nasty.  They at least keep the big terror models out of range :D

Actually Philly...
A terror causing model charging a Goblin regiment, which fails its Ld test, would not release its fanatics.
The goblin regiment would flee before the Terror causer would be in range for the fanatics.

Correct, but if the terror causer charges, the charged unit must take a terror test before the terror causer moves.

But sure, the terror causer would end up at som other goblin regiments. Im just pointing the other thing out :-P

Good point, though they would be risking fanatics if they passed their test (which they should since the general should still be LD9 for a WAAC list).
