I'm not completely sure what counts as "the red period" but i really like the 4th ed. Empire stuff. The knightly orders, reiksguard foot knights, greatswords, and loads of individual models were great! I don't even mind that bright red colour they used. But that's when I started WHFB so I might be a bit nostalgic.

THat was the red period, and like I said, with the exception of Empire, Brettonia, and the Dwarves, the models were terrible.  Even Brettonia doesn't get a pass on their knights since they had those terrible dioramas on their heads.

Looks sort of shiny.  I don't like a shiny finish, but I do like the staff!

It just looks varnished and somewhat unlike your other models, like it was a different style.  May have been the photograph.

I don't know, never really liked that wizard, even though some where along the line I acquired him.  Can't recall how that happened.

I like the model, but why is he purple?

Isn't he supposed to be a bright wizard?  :?

Give the Christmas cleric a red nose!
Just a red wash, to make him look like he's drunk.

He positively demands it!  :icon_lol:
