Oh, completely missed this thread. Sorry if it's too late for advice. :|

Well at that number of points you're going to want mobility and hard-hitting troops like demigryphs and great swords for objective taking. Gunlines are too unreliable at that small a army without at least one good defensive unit. It can work okay at 1000 if you squeeze in a hurricanum,  though.

Swordsmen with a General nearby are a pretty solid defense unit as well.

Any ideas on what you might plan to bring? (if the bash is still a thing, anyway :icon_redface:)

Dont worry Baron, a few days still for the bash and I realized that its impossible for me to paint an army at tabletop standard. So I am bringing a primed only army.

Sadly I do not have a Hurricanum, but the rest of your advise look good.

I may bring
3 Demys
Lots of Greatswords,
Handgunner/Bowmen
1 Cannon

I have not even read the rules or anything, so its a guess.

Stealth knight Steg - impossible to beat lol  with Baron Von Klatz and SKS -our resident AoS experts. He will happily lead you through the rules and a thouroughly enjoyable game. I say this without experience but his online personality says it all 😺

Oh, that's worrying. :-P What do you need to know? (Points, traits, relics, etc.)
