Acts of Stupidity part 2

I was looking to some old threads and found this one:

It was a so fun and enjoyable read than I decided to create a 2nd part of it.   If anyone has commited such acts recently please add them to this thread just for the sake of laughing a little.   :icon_mrgreen:
